PLACING AN ORDER!
All our designs are one of a kind. Each textile is designed and printed with high quality digital print. You can choose from our wide range or ready to wear designs on our website or contact us for a custom made design.
Our design studio is based in Shanghai, China. We have a Fiji collection point in Suva, Fiji. Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email automatically. Orders take between 10 - 15 working days.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a email with tracking number and details.
Standard Shipping takes approximately 25-30 working days to arrive.
Express Shipping takes 15-25 days.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Receive Return Instructions : Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Your Item : Securely package the item with all original packaging, tags and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Inspection and Refund Decision : Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
This does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect, damaged item received from us.
Exchange Delivery Times
Delivery times for exchanged items vary depending on the destination. Once your exchange has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
